We are Gianni e Daniela and we have created a paradise corner just 10 minutes away from St. Marco Square. Our apartments are completely restored, they have an indipendent entrance and they overlook a private garden where you can relax at the end of a day spent in the visit of the venetian wonders.

You will enjoy the highest confort and the attentions and suggestions of a typical venetian family. In facts, we can suggest you touristic and typical places that are only known by residents such as restaurants, osterias, and the typical "bacari" where you can taste the specialities of Venice at a low price. We also can suggest small corners of the city to visit which are not touristic places, the pictoresque Rialto market, the wonderful beaches of the Lido and, in the end, the lagoon islands such as Murano, Burano, Torcello, San Francesco del deserto, Vignole and many others.

We accept domestic animals and we pay attention to the family, couples and group requirements. Our aim is to make you live a typical and nice atmosphere and make your stay unforgettable.
